Printing : In order to gurantee the mass production colors are printed correctly. We will make the color proof to the client for approval. Then sales team and QC will follow the color according the color proof.
Printing QC will spot check the printing quality before the next step.
Surface treatment: When printing is ready, surface treatment got the printed paper and will check every piece of printed paper during the glossy / matt lamination or UV vanish and take out the defective.
Our QC will double spot check.
Flute Laminating & Die cutting: We do the flute laminating with the automatic laminating machine and we adjust the machine and make a few pieces to check the printed paper is glued to the flute corrugated paperboard correctly and the two parts are pressing together.
QC will do the spot check again before die cutting.
When Die cutting, our structure designer will check if it is cut correctly at the beginning of each parts cutting, and then assemble the first mass production sample Before mass production cutting.
QC do the spot check with structure designer after die cutting is ready.
Manual glue : Our workers who do the manual glue have at least over 3 years experiences and they know how to glue the different parts together correctly and effectively. When we start the first piece, structure designer will tell workers the right way to finish. QC and manual department supervisor will check the finished
parts before next step.
Packing : Usually the displays are made of different parts and it is very important to pack the correct quantity of each part in the shipper carton. There are 2 QC who will check around 5% of total order quantity to check the goods.
Delivery: We use the good quality shipper cartons to guarantee the goods will be delivered without damage.
After -sales Service: We usually tell our clients to give us the feedback in one month when they get the goods and tell us if there is any problems . We will offer the solution.
